Michigan fans have every reason to be excited as Big Ten Media Days kick off this week. While the Wolverines will take the stage on Thursday, the conference wasted no time in revealing its highly-anticipated preseason Honors List on Wednesday.

This exclusive list features ten outstanding players, five from each division. And guess who made the cut? That's right, two talented athletes from Michigan, J.J. McCarthy and the remarkable Blake Corum.

It's no surprise that Corum's name is on everyone's minds. After all, he was a force to be reckoned with in the 2022 season, quickly becoming a Heisman contender. Despite missing the final three games due to a knee injury sustained against Illinois, Corum's incredible performance couldn't be ignored.

Rushing for an impressive 1,463 yards and scoring 18 touchdowns, Corum showcased his unwavering dedication and skill. These numbers alone speak volumes about his remarkable talent and the impact he had on the field.

But Blake Corum's achievements don't stop there. Last year, he was named the Ameche-Dayne Running Back of the Year in the Big Ten, solidifying his position as one of the conference's most exceptional players. His well-deserved recognition as a consensus All-American further cements his status as a rising star.

Corum's counterpart on the Honors List, Marvin Harrison Jr. from Ohio State, shares a similar accolade. Harrison Jr., an outstanding receiver, was also recognized as a consensus All-American in 2022. He was honored with the Richter-Howard Receiver of the Year award in the Big Ten, highlighting his extraordinary contributions to the game.

As Michigan prepares for Big Ten Media Days, fans eagerly await Corum's appearance on Thursday. Undoubtedly, his presence will captivate the audience as they hang onto his every word. With his immense talent and undeniable impact on the field, it's no wonder he has become a household name.

J.J. McCarthy, another standout player for the Wolverines, also made the prestigious Honors List. Heading into his junior season, McCarthy had a remarkable 2022 campaign as Michigan's starting quarterback. His impressive stats speak for themselves, throwing for 2,719 yards with a completion rate of 64.6%. In addition, McCarthy threw 22 touchdowns and only five interceptions, solidifying his position as a rising star in the conference.

As Big Ten Media Days unfold, all eyes are on Blake Corum. His undeniable talent, extraordinary achievements, and status as a Heisman contender make him a player to watch. Michigan fans eagerly anticipate his appearance, eager to witness the magic he brings to the field once again.
